Dr. Beal has over 45 years of working in education and training. In that time, he has served as a teacher, principal, language arts consultant, curriculum developer, and assessment specialist. Dr. Beal attended Oakland University where he earned his bachelor’s degree, master’s degree, education specialist degree, and his PhD in Educational Leadership. As Executive Director of Research, Evaluation, and Development, Dr. Beal ensures that all HighScope products and services are high quality and that all research is conducted at the highest standards.
